Justin Nathaniel Helton, age 28 of Taylorsville, was convicted of felony larceny of a motor vehicle on Wednesday in Alexander County Superior Court. He will serve 16-29 months in state prison. Helton was given credit for 117 days served in the Alexander County Detention Center.
