Justin Eugene Elder
On Wednesday, Probation and Parole Officers arrested 29-year old Justin Eugene Elder for failure to appear. He missed a court date related to a December, 2024 charge of felony probation violation. Elder was convicted in November, 2024 for felony possession of methamphetamine and given an 18-month suspended sentence in Alexander County Superior Court. As of earlier today, Elder remains in the County Detention Center with a secured bond of $30,000.
