King and Eugenio Carbajal are each charged with single felony counts of conspire to sell or deliver methamphetamine, conspire to traffic meth, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or motor vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance. King is also charged with four felony counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver meth and Eugenio Carbajal is charged with three counts of that offense.
Eva Carbajal and Wolowitz are each charged with felony counts of conspire to sell or deliver meth, possession with intent to sell or deliver meth. Eva Carbajal is additionally charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule I controlled substance and Wolowitz is charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI controlled substance.
On Friday, Narcotics investigators with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from Road Patrol Deputies executed a search warrant at an address on Deep Water Road in Statesville. Authorities received information about illegal drug activity at that residence after some of the suspects had been recently arrested and charged with meth-related crimes.
Investigators reportedly made purchases of meth from individuals at the residence on Deep Water Road. During a search, investigators located both Eugenio and Eva Carbajal and Wolowitz inside the home. They were reportedly in possession of crystal meth, marijuana, and hallucinogenic mushrooms along with paraphernalia. The three suspects were taken into custody. King was apprehended at another residence in Statesville.
Bond for King was set at $225,000 secured bond, Eugenio Carbajal’s bond was set at $200,000 secured, and Eva Carbajal and Wolowitz received $75,000 secured bonds. King, Wolowitz, and Eugenio Carbajal all remained in the Iredell County Detention Center as of earlier today (March 10) and Eva Carbajal was not listed as an inmate. Eva Carbajal has a District Court date April 12, the other three suspects are scheduled to appear in District Court March 29.
