Joao Victor Dos-Passos, age 28 of Taylorsville was arrested by the NC Highway Patrol and the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday. He faces a list of charges that include driving while license revoked, reckless driving with wanton disregard, serious injury by vehicle, assaulting emergency personnel and driving while impaired. He’s been released under a secured bond of $30,000 and is scheduled for District Court on October 14th.
