Taylorsville Man Jailed Under Large Bond

A Taylorsville man is in custody and he’s being held under a large bond.

James Franklin Foster, age 41, appeared in court on a charge of felony larceny. He was cited by the judge for failure to appear on a previous charge of felony larceny. Foster was also served warrants for a failure to appear on a charge of felony larceny by employee and multiple counts of felony probation violation.

He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a combined bond of $267,000.

Franklin’s next court date is scheduled for January 22nd.
