Bobby Ray Duncan Jr., age 54, of Mathew DR in Taylorsville, was apprehended Wednesday morning by Taylorsville Police. He is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Duncan is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set at $15,000.
