41-year old James Matthew Allen of Taylorsville was arrested on September 3rd by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony and misdemeanor breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and two counts of failure to appear. Allen remains in the Iredell County Detention Center under a secured bond of $12,000. The next court date scheduled is September 26th.
