Ky Allen Oxentine, age 31 of Taylorsville, is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center on a series of failure to appear counts. Oxentine missed court dates for charges including felony obtaining property by false pretense, felony larceny, felony safecracking, and felony larceny of a firearm. A secured bond of $90,000 has been set for Oxentine.
