Matthew Carter Hubbard, age 55 of Taylorsville, is serving a 90 day jail sentence. He was ordered to detention on Monday in Alexander County District Court. Hubbard is considered a habitual impaired driver and is serving a 12-month suspended sentence issued in September in Alexander County.
