Dustin Michael Bivens, age 35 of Taylorsville, was sentenced to 90 days in the Alexander County Detention Center during a court appearance on August 11th. He was ordered to serve the time due to violation of his probation. This comes after Bivens was arrested on June 26th for felony probation violation out-of-county.
