Jeremy Anthony Bumgarner, age 43, of Gill Childers Rd., Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Thursday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with ten-counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense. Bumgarner is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond listed at $100,000. An initial court appearance is scheduled for Monday, June 8th.
