Richard Scott Hornsby, 45 of Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, January 2nd. He’s charged with felony disclosure of private adult images. The charge involves the distribution of explicit adult images. Hornsby remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000 and is scheduled for a court appearance today in Taylorsville.
