Taylorsville Man Facing Charges

Evan Reese Fairchild, age 24 of Taylorsville, was arrested in the pre-dawn hours of Friday, July 28th by Taylorsville Police. He was charged with carrying a concealed gun. Fairchild was released with a bond of $1,500. A court appearance is scheduled for today in Alexander County District Court.

A list of previous charges are pending against Fairchild that include felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.
