Taylorsville Man Facing Charges

Jonathan Thomas Jenkins, age 31 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Monday and charged with assault on a female, violation of a domestic violence order and possession of schedule II controlled substance. Jenkins remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of earlier today.

Jenkins is schedule to appear in court today in Taylorsville on a previous charge of larceny and injury to real property.
