Taylorsville Man Detained

Dakota Lynn Miller, age 31 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Thursday, March 6th. He is charged with felony probation violation and defrauding a drug/alcohol test. As of earlier today he remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $12,500.

Miller has previous charges pending in Alexander Count for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. Those charges are scheduled for trial on April 7th in Alexander County Superior Court.
