Kelly Dean Combs, age 50 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Thursday, January 23rd by the Taylorsville Police Department. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault on a female. Combs is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center and scheduled to appear in district court on Monday.
