Taylorsville Man Charged With Larceny By Employee

A Taylorsville man was arrested on Friday and served an arrest warrant from Catawba County for larceny by employee.

44-year old Phillip Allen Griffin was taken into custody by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.

Griffin also has a pending charge from Caldwell County for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor child abuse.

A Catawba County court date is scheduled for September 6th . September 12th is listed as a court date in Caldwell County.
