28-year old Johnathon Ray Cutler of Taylorsville was arrested Tuesday by Taylorsville Police Officers and charged with assault on a government official and resisting arrest. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond of $10,000. Cutler was released from custody Tuesday morning. A court date is scheduled for March 14th.
