A Taylorsville man is facing charges after being arrested on Tuesday. 26-year old Dylan Lee Herman was charged with assault on a female and reckless driving to endanger by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. Herman was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond pending an initial court appearance.
