Conover Police arrested 37-year old Justin Shay Frisbee of Taylorsville on Saturday. He’s charged with misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespass. Frisbee was also served warrants for failure to appear on a series of traffic related offenses that include driving with license revoked. He remains in the Catawba County Detention Center under a bond of $4,200.
