Christopher Shane Brown, age 44 of Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on July 9th and charged with assault on a female. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond pending an appearance before a judge. Brown was ordered back to detention after the court appearance and as of earlier today remains behind bars under a secured bond of $75,000.
