Jason Edward Sweet
Jason Edward Sweet, age 30, was taken into custody as part of an investigation into the report of a suspicious vehicle. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released under a secured bond of $10,000 and was scheduled to make a court appearance in Alexander County District Court today.
Sweet has previous charges pending for felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering. He has a Superior Court appearance on those charges scheduled for June 3rd.
