Jesse Henry Hammer
39-year old Jesse Henry Hammer was placed in custody this morning by Hickory Police. Hammer was cited for multiple failure to appear counts that include felony possession with intent to manufacture/distribute methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hammer is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a combined total bond of $166,000. A series of new court dates are scheduled.
