22-year old Evan Reese Fairchild of Taylorsville was arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday. Fairchild was charged with felony possession of schedule IV controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000. Fairchild is scheduled for an initial court appearance on February 22nd.
