Taylorsville Man Arrested, Held Under Large Bond

James Franklin Foster, age 42 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Monday and charged with multiple counts of felony probation violation. He’s being held in the Alexander County Jail with bond set at $150,000.

Foster was released from prison in July, 2024 after serving a three-month sentence for larceny by employee.
