Taylorsville Man Arrested For Felony Larceny

Michael Jovi Simmons, 38, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Tuesday October 14th by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony larceny and was initially held without bond. A check this morning indicates that Simmons is no longer listed as an inmate in the Alexander County Detention Center.

Simmons was given a 120 sentence in April for defrauding a drug/alcohol test.
