Probation and Parole Officers in Alexander County arrested Mark Delos Kepner, 41, of Taylorsville on Monday, October 13th. He was served a warrant for felony probation violation and jailed in the Alexander County Detention Center. As of earlier today, Kepner remains in custody with a bond set for $10,000.
