Taylorsville Couple Busted For Felony Trafficking

Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies and Taylorsville Police Officers executed a warrant on Wednesday evening and arrested a couple on felony drug charges.

The warrant was served at 14 Willow Court in Taylorsville. During the search, Officers located approximately 52 pounds of Marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a handgun, and cash. Officers arrested and charged:

Dalton Lee Lindsey, age 25 of Taylorsville, is charged with one count of trafficking marijuana, one count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana, one count of maintain vehicle/ dwelling for controlled substance, one count of Possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of child abuse. Lindsey was placed under $50,000.00 secured bond with a first court appearance in District Court on March 3rd.

Jami Olivia Singleton, age 25, age of Taylorsville ,is charged with one count of trafficking marijuana, one count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana, one count of maintain vehicle/ dwelling for controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of child abuse. Singleton was placed under $50,000.00 secured bond with a first court appearance in District Court on March 3rd.
