Wayne Leroy Owens, 27, of Statesville was arrested on Tuesday by the Taylorsville Police Department and charged with shoplifting/concealment of goods. Owens has been released under a secured bond of $1,500 and has a court appearance scheduled for January 5th 2026 in Alexander County District Court.
