Stony Point Woman Probably Wishes She Had Dimmed Her Headlamps

A Stony Point woman’s failure to dim her headlights resulted in her being arrested on felony drug charges.

41-year-old Kristeen Marie Blackshaw, Haven Circle, Stony Point, was stopped by an Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputy after she failed to him her headlights early Friday morning. The following charges have filed

Felony possession of methamphetamine
Felony maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance
Possession of schedule IV controlled substance
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Driving while impaired
Driving with license revoked
Failure to dim headlamps

Blackshaw is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $40,000.
