The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year old Elizabeth Kendrick Spears of Stony Point on Thursday, December 7th. She’s charged with felony exploitation of a disabled or elderly person and felony obtaining property by false pretense. As of earlier today, Spears remained in the Iredell County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000. January 3rd is listed a court date.
