35-year-old Kadi Woodman Laws of Stony Point is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center. She was served a warrant from Iredell County on Friday. Laws was wanted after missing a court date on 2024 charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. The suspect is also awaiting trial in Alexander County for possession of schedule VI controlled substance and probation violation.
