29-year old Kirstin Ashleigh Dawn Smith of Stony Point was arrested early Friday morning by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies. She has been charged with felony possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Smith has been placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000 and is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court today.
