Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Susan Carol Montgomery, age 55 of Stony Point, on Sunday, September 29th. She’s charged with breaking and entering and being held without bond in the County Detention Center. Montgomery has a previous charge pending in Alexander County for simple assault and is scheduled to appear on that charge today in District Court.
