Charles Ernest Holder, 18 of Stony Point, was arrested in Alexander County on Thursday, January 16th and served warrants for failure to appear. He has pending charges for felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and first-degree trespass. As of earlier today, Holder remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $7,500.
