Stony Point Man Remains In Iredell County Custody

Davion Domonic Peterson, age 29 of Stony Point, was arrested by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office on May 3rd. He was charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell or deliver methamphetamine. He remains in the Iredell County Detention Center as of earlier today with a secured bond set at $66,000.

Peterson has prior Iredell County Charges awaiting trial that include felony first-degree burglary, felony larceny and felony probation violation. His next court date is Statesville is scheduled for Tuesday.
