Roderick Garin Baker, 30 of Stony Point, was arrested on Wednesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with second-degree trespass and resisting arrest. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center. Baker made a court appearance on Thursday and was found to be in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days. The original charges are scheduled for court on October 28th in Taylorsville.
