Stony Point Man Jailed For Resisting Arrest

24-year old Moelic Shiquan Lowrance of Stony Point was arrested Saturday and charged with resisting arrest. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $2,500. A June 27th court date is scheduled.
