Stony Point Man Jailed For Probation Violation

William Herbert Pennell II, 55, Lodge Hall CT., Stony Point, has been ordered to serve 90 days in jail. He was sent to the Alexander County Detention Center this week for felony violation of his probation.

Pennell has a long history of charges and convictions. He is awaiting trial on charges of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine in Alexander County. He has pending charges in Iredell County for possession of stolen goods.
