36-year old Jeremiah Brantley York of Stony Point is being held in the Alexander County Detention on a second charge of failure to appear. York was placed in custody on Friday, January 21st. Bond is set at $3,000. York has a series of pending traffic and vehicle offenses pending in both Alexander and Iredell Counties. His next Alexander County court date is February 14th.
