A Stony Point man is in custody after failing to appear in court. 41-year-old John Paul Berry of Fireman’s LN., Stony Point, is listed in custody without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. Berry missed court dates on at least 7 counts of driving with license revoked. He also missed court dates on two-previous charges of misuse of 911.
