Stony Point Man Facing Felony Drug Charges In Two Counties

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year old Thomas Jackson Branson Jr of Stony Point on November 28th. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Branson is no longer listed in Iredell County custody and is scheduled to appear in court on December 18th in Statesville.

Previous Alexander County charges are pending against Branson for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A Superior Court appearance in scheduled in Taylorsville for those charges on January 6th.
