Elliott Lane Luther, age 40 of Stony Point, was arrested on October 19th by Deputies with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. He is charged with three counts of felony first-degree statutory rape and felony child abuse by sexual act. He was placed without bond in the Iredell County Detention Center. The next court date scheduled is November 6th in Statesville.
