Stony Point Man Charged With Harboring Fugitive

61-year old Carl Steven Combs of Stony Point was arrested Friday morning and charged with harboring a fugitive. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $2,500. A February 12th court date is scheduled.
