Stony Point Man Arrested…Again

36-year-old David Earl Welch of Stony Point, was arrested by NC Probation and Parole Officers in Alexander County on Thursday October 2nd. He was jailed without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center for felony probation violation.

Welch was released from custody on September 2nd after serving a 90 day sentence for probation violation.

A Monday court date is scheduled in Taylorsville.
