The Statesville Police Department needs your help in locating a missing juvenile, Roy Noah Vestal.
On March 2, 2024, at around 5:40 pm, 17-year-old Roy Vestal left his home on a bicycle and hasn’t been seen since. Roy is a white male, approximately 5’5 tall, 200lbs, with brown hair, blue eyes, and wears glasses.
He was last seen wearing a blue checkered flannel shirt, khaki pants, blue/white Air Force tennis shoes, and a black cowboy hat, carrying a purple book bag. The bicycle he left on has been recovered.
