The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 69-year-old John Lawrence Rickert of Statesville on March 27th. He’s charged with one count of felony second-degree forcible sex-offense. Rickert is no longer listed as an inmate in the Iredell County Detention Center. His next court appearance is April 14th.
