Shots Being Fired Leads To Arrest Of Taylorsville Man

A Taylorsville man has been charged after he allegedly fired shots during an altercation.

Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a location on County Home Road on August 17th. 78-year old Larry Gene St Clair was taken into custody and charged with assault by pointing a gun and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He was taken to the Alexander County Law Enforcement Center on Tuesday, August 22nd and later released under a secured bond of $7,500.

No injuries were reported.
