Carl Dean Shook
30-year old Carl Dean Shook of Newton was arrested Tuesday by the Catawba County Sheiriff’s Office and charged with failing to report new address as a registered sex-offender and misdemeanor larceny. Shook is being held in the Catawba County Jail with a secured bond of $53,000. He is scheduled to make a court appearance today in Newton.
