Hickory Police arrested a Newton man this morning on a series of charges. 22 year old Adarion Decoda Parsons was charged with possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, breaking and or entering motor vehicle, and larceny after breaking and entering. Parsons was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $$5,000.
